The new 10 episode season of Arrested Development is starts filming tomorrow! The season is set to release on Netflix in 2013. Series creator Mitch Hurwitz has said he would be happy to do another series if this one goes well. So its a long time to wait but at least it will be on Netflix when it gets here.
The Wolverine images
Images look good, Jackman is looking very wolverine in the second one. That however in the third pic doesnt look like japan, a video on the internet about where the film is being filmed has been released and a japanese concentration camp was mentioned... curiouser and curiouser, fingers crossed this will make up for origins.
Catfish the series
A series with Nev, from the movie catfish (perfectly reviewed here http://reviewreportreveal.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/catfish-2010-henry-joost-ariel-schulman.html) is starting on MTV. The series follows Nev and another film maker who travel around to meet other people who have been lied to by partners online. Whilst this has the potential to be good MTV's involvement means it probably wont be, I predict a fairly boring 1 series with the subtle idea of catfish being smashed into the audience with a tv show shaped mallet.
Fox and Marvel FF and DD meeting crossover MESS
There is a lot of talk about the studios swapping rights and things like that. Nobody knows what is true yet but my guess is none of it. If marvel or Fox wanted different rights they would more than likely just pay obscene amounts of money for them. Marvel has been working since the 2000's to reacquire the movie rights it sold to get out of a financial hole, the result of this has been the Amazing Spiderman and Marvel's Avengers franchise phase one stuff. So I dont think its happening, will let you know if there are any updates and tell you what it means if it happens!
