Daredevil, Looper,

No New Daredevil

Yesterday Joe Carnahan tweeted that his DD reboot with Fox had "gone up in smoke" and as the rights are soon to go back to Marvel it is fair to assume that it will not be swapping director or being remade until Marvel deem it necessary. Carnahan did however release a kind of treatment of the work, he re cut bits of other films to make a kind of trailer showing his kind of interpretation of the film and character, you can see that here

Could Carnahan be doing this to get in with Marvel themselves? With the concept that Spiderman would build a universe of his own, much like the avengers universe there could still be a DD film on the way. The future of the man without fear is now up to Marvel, although it could have been good I am glad the Rights are back where they belong with the movie masters at marvel.

Looper, New Trailer

A second international trailer for looper has been released and I have to say I am getting even more excited for Looper in a few months. In this trailer you get to see a slightly better picture of Gordon Levitt's make up and it does do a pretty good job of making him look Willis...ey. We also get a few cool glimpses of 2044 and beyond, the sneak peaks of the technology and world have my SF mind racing!
